Prescription policy

For customers’ health and safety, has framed a prescription policy including following points.

  • The customer must provide a legitimate prescription derived from an authorized physician/doctor/pharmacist.
  • An online prescription is unacceptable, whatsoever the reason may be.
  • The language of the prescription policy has to be in English.
  • To send the prescription, customers are given 7-8 days after the time of order placement.
  • Your order will be canceled in case the prescription does not reach us within given time.
  • Customers shall be informed if there’s any additional document requirement.
